By accessing MyFame, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

2. Prohibited Content

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harmful content. You may NOT use MyFame to post:

• Adult or sexually explicit material.
• Gambling, betting, or illegal drug promotion.
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• Malware or phishing links.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without notice.

3. Subscriptions and Refunds

Pro Plans

Subscriptions are billed in advance.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for technical issues or service failures. Refunds for "change of mind" are granted at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds for partial months of usage.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, you grant us a license to display it on your public profile.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Fame District Africa Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of a South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
